Aapt Dubey runs Scheme Kosh and is responsible for every scheme guide on the site: setting the sourcing and fact-checking standards, reviewing the guides, and deciding what is published, corrected or withdrawn.

What the review covers

• Every amount, eligibility rule, deadline and application route must come from an official source: a ministry or department website, a scheme portal, a gazette notification, a budget document or a Press Information Bureau release.
• Each guide carries its own fact-check date. A guide checked within the last six months shows a “Fact-checked” badge; an older one shows a notice asking readers to confirm with the department.
• Schemes that have ended, merged, or closed to new applicants are labelled with a status and the official source for it.
