Sourcing

We only state facts that can be verified on official Government of India sources: ministry websites, the myScheme portal, official scheme portals and Press Information Bureau releases. If a detail cannot be verified on an official source, we leave it out.

Fact-checking and review

Each guide is written by a named author and reviewed by a second person before publication. The “last fact-checked” date on every guide reflects the most recent verification against official sources.

Updates and corrections

Government schemes change — budgets, eligibility and portals are revised. We re-verify guides periodically and whenever a scheme is amended. If you spot an error, contact us and we will correct it and note the correction.

Independence

We do not accept payment from any bank, agent or third party to recommend a scheme or channel applications. We link only to official government portals for applications.
