What is A2K+ Studies?

Access to Knowledge for Technology Development and Dissemination (A2K+) is a programme run by TIFAC. The Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council, an autonomous organisation under the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology.
