What is Samaveshit Shiksha?

Samaveshit Shiksha is the inclusive-education component of the Samagra Shiksha programme in Uttarakhand, run by the Secondary Education Department. 1. Approach the head of your child's government school with the child's disability certificate and enrolment details, and ask to be registered for inclusive-education support.
2. Attend the CWSN identification camp, block-level camps assess the child's needs and record the aids, appliances or therapy required.
3. Receive the assessed support, the school and the block resource centre arrange aids and appliances, therapy support and a special educator as assessed.
