Amrit Bharat Station Scheme is a Ministry of Railways programme to redevelop 1,340 railway stations across India through phased master planning. Launched in December 2022, it covers 27 states and union territories at an estimated cost above Rs 24,470 crore. Redevelopment work had been completed at 261 stations as of July 2026, including 103 inaugurated in May 2025.

Delivered through the Comprehensive Logistics Action Plan with 8 action areas and the ULIP digital platform.
View guide →PM E-DRIVE is a Ministry of Heavy Industries scheme with a Rs 10,900 crore outlay that pays demand incentives on electric vehicles bought in India. Effective from 1 October 2024, it supports e-2 wheelers, e-rickshaws, e-ambulances, e-trucks and e-buses, plus public charging stations. Buyers claim the subsidy through an Aadhaar face-authenticated e-voucher at the dealership.
View guide →PM GatiShakti National Master Plan is a geospatial platform launched on 13 October 2021 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to plan infrastructure across ministries on one map. Built by BISAG-N, it now carries about 1,700 data layers and hosts 57 central ministries and 36 states and UTs, and has evaluated 352 projects worth Rs 16.10 lakh crore.
View guide →Cashless Treatment of Road Accident Victims Scheme, notified by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways with effect from 5 May 2025, pays up to Rs 1.5 lakh of hospital treatment for any road accident victim for up to 7 days. No registration is needed in advance. Call 112 and reach a designated hospital within 24 hours of the accident.
View guide →PM-eBus Sewa is a Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs scheme approved in August 2023 with an outlay of Rs 57,613 crore, including Rs 20,000 crore of central support, to deploy 10,000 electric buses in 169 cities and fund green mobility works in 181 cities. Cities apply through their state, not individuals; benefits reach citizens as bus services.
View guide →PRASHAD is a 100% centrally funded scheme of the Ministry of Tourism, launched in 2014-15, that builds pilgrimage and heritage infrastructure at identified religious sites. PRASHAD funds State Governments and Union Territories, not individuals, for roads, sanitation, lighting and tourist amenities. Around 40+ projects across states have been sanctioned. Individuals cannot apply.
View guide →Setu Bharatam is a Ministry of Road Transport and Highways programme launched on 4 March 2016 to make national highways free of railway level crossings. It funds 208 road over-bridges and under-bridges and the repair or replacement of about 1,500 old bridges. Setu Bharatam has no individual application: work is awarded through highway tenders.

CLAP organises the policy into 8 action areas, from the ULIP digital platform to logistics parks. Businesses engage through ULIP registration; there is no individual application.

Postgraduate and higher Innovation Fellows get up to Rs 50,000 a month plus a research grant of up to Rs 7.5 lakh; undergraduate teams get a stipend and up to Rs 2.5 lakh. Students apply through an EYC when a call is open.
View guide →The GST Exemption Certificate Scheme, run by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, lets an eligible person with an orthopedic disability buy a car at a concessional GST rate instead of the standard 28% plus compensation cess. Applicants apply online at the MHI GECS portal (dhigecs.heavyindustries.gov.in); over 11,000 certificates have been issued.

MNRE runs a login-based geospatial portal at gatishakti.mnre.gov.in so renewable projects are planned on the same map as roads, rail and transmission. Access is for government users, not individuals.

View guide →The Central Smart Surveillance Unit (CSSU) is a component of the I-MESA scheme that links the Department of Social Justice with its centrally funded grant-in-aid institutions through CCTV and a central dashboard. It has a five-year outlay of Rs 15 crore covering up to 1,400 institutions. Only centrally funded institutions take part; individuals cannot apply.
View guide →Infrastructure and Technology Support (IATS) is a sub-scheme of the National Handicrafts Development Programme that funds marketing and production infrastructure for the handicrafts sector, Urban Haats, emporia, common facility and resource centres. A single Urban Haat can get up to Rs 800 lakh. Implementing agencies apply, not individual artisans.
View guide →PM-eBus Sewa Payment Security Mechanism is a Rs 3,435.33 crore Ministry of Heavy Industries scheme approved in 2024 that guarantees payment to electric bus makers and operators when a public transport authority defaults. PSM covers more than 38,000 e-buses from FY 2024-25 to FY 2028-29 for up to 12 years each. Only transport authorities and OEMs participate.

It gives development grants to colleges recognised under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956, to build classrooms, laboratories and libraries. Colleges apply through the UGC; there is no individual application.
View guide →Shahari Waqf Sampatti Vikas Yojana is a Ministry of Minority Affairs scheme that provides interest-free loans to State Waqf Boards and institutions registered under the Waqf Act, 1995 to develop urban waqf land into income-generating buildings such as commercial complexes and community halls. Loans are channelled through the National Waqf Development Corporation (NAWADCO); individuals cannot apply.
