1. Open the Apuni Sarkar (eServices) portal at eservices.uk.gov.in and register or log in with your details.
2. Search for the Minority Welfare incentive scheme (Chief Minister's Minority Incentive Scheme / Mukhyamantri Alpasankhyak Protsahan Yojana) and open the application form.
3. Fill in your personal, community and academic details, and select the milestone you are claiming for, admission to a premier institution or clearing a competitive examination.
4. Upload the required documents: residence certificate, minority community certificate, admission letter or examination result, Aadhaar and bank passbook.
