How to check your application status

ATPPE does not run through a public, applicant-facing status-tracking dashboard the way an individual scholarship portal does. Because the institution, not an individual trainer, submits the proposal, status follow-up also happens at the institutional level.

Common reasons for rejection

• Institution is not AICTE-approved, or approval has lapsed. ATPPE funds only AICTE-approved technical institutions. A proposal from an institution whose approval is not current, or that is only affiliated to a university without separate AICTE approval, is turned down at the eligibility check. Fix: confirm the institution's AICTE approval status for the current academic year before preparing the proposal.
• Proposal does not target the intended participant group. Programs designed for general faculty, administrative staff, or students rather than physical education trainers, sport-games teachers and directors of sports fall outside the scheme's scope and are rejected.
