Who cannot apply for this component:

• Individual coffee farmers seeking a personal cash benefit — this support is for organised FPOs, not single growers. Individual growers benefit as members of an FPO, or through the Coffee Board's separate grower-level subsidy schemes.
• Groups that are not registered as an FPO.
• Bodies with no coffee-grower membership in the eligible regions.

Because the support is institutional, the FPO's registration, member list and a credible activity proposal all need to be in place before applying.
