• You have a record of participation or achievement in sport issued by a recognised sports body, association or school.

You are not eligible if:

• You have no link to the Madhya Pradesh Labour Department's welfare population: no covered employment, no welfare board registration. A general sportsperson with no worker connection applies under the Sports and Youth Welfare Department's own award and incentive schemes, not under this one.
• You are outside Madhya Pradesh, since the notified service applies to the state's own labour administration.

Confirm the precise class of beneficiary with the district labour office before you spend time assembling documents. If the office tells you the scheme is dormant or superseded, that is a legitimate answer and is worth getting in writing.

What documents are likely to be required?

How to apply for Khiladi Protsahan Yojana

1. Visit the district labour office or the regional office of the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Mandal, and ask by name for service 2.24, Khiladi Protsahan Yojana 2014. Quoting the notified service number gets a faster and more accurate answer than describing the scheme.
