What is Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG?

Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG is a Rajasthan government digital platform for young people, launched by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on 21 July 2026. SUYOG stands for "Strengthening and Upscaling of Youth with One Goal", written in Hindi as ek lakshya ke saath yuvaon ka sashaktikaran aur unnayan. The platform is hosted by the Government of Rajasthan at cmsdc.rajasthan.gov.in/suyog.html and is entered through the RajSSO dashboard.

The platform is not a cash scheme. Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG brings several separate youth-facing services into one login: grassroots sports leagues, career counselling, skill mapping, employment leads, volunteering and government scheme information, so a young person does not have to find each one on its own website. A reader looking for a stipend or grant should know at the outset that none is announced under this programme.

Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG began as a pilot in Baran district and in Bagru, Jaipur district, with wider rollout to follow. Because it is at pilot stage, some components are live and others are announced but not yet open.

What does the platform actually offer?

Component What it covers Status
SUYOG Khelo Sports and yoga camps and competitions; kabaddi, volleyball, football, cricket Live
SUYOG SAFAL Education and career counselling Announced, coming soon
SUYOG Skill Employment and skill mapping Announced, coming soon
Other initiatives Digital literacy, innovation, women's participation, banking scheme awareness, Chief Minister video conferences Rolling

SUYOG Khelo is the working heart of the pilot. Registration maps a young person to the youth club of their ward or gram panchayat, after which they select a sport, form or join a team, and enter local competition. Team members are verified by OTP and a captain leads the team, which is how the platform stops ghost registrations and duplicate entries.

The platform also links to MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat), the central youth portal, so a young person registered on SUYOG can reach national youth volunteering programmes from the same place.

Who is eligible for Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG?

You can register if:

  • You are a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
  • You hold a valid Jan Aadhaar family ID.
  • You have an active RajSSO ID at sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
  • Your mobile number is linked to your Jan Aadhaar, since every OTP goes there.
  • For the sports component, you are between 15 and 29 years of age.

You cannot apply, or you are not eligible, if:

  • You are not a resident of Rajasthan. The Jan Aadhaar check enforces this.
  • You do not hold a Jan Aadhaar card. Get one at an e-Mitra kiosk first, there is no alternative route.
  • Your mobile number is not linked to Jan Aadhaar, in which case registration will stall at the OTP step.
  • You are outside the 15 to 29 age band and want to enter the sports competitions, which are age-bounded.
  • You are looking for a cash benefit, stipend or loan. Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG does not pay money, and anyone promising a SUYOG cash benefit is not describing this programme.

There is no income limit, no caste restriction and no minimum educational qualification for registration. That is unusual for a Rajasthan youth programme and is deliberate, the platform is meant to be a front door, not a filter.

What documents are required?

Document Mandatory Notes
Jan Aadhaar family ID Yes Registration runs against it and details auto-populate
RajSSO ID Yes The platform opens from the SSO dashboard
Mobile number linked to Jan Aadhaar Yes For OTPs, team verification and event alerts
Aadhaar card Yes Identity verification with Jan Aadhaar
Age proof No Age is normally read from Jan Aadhaar

No certificates, marksheets, income proof or caste certificate are needed to register.

How to apply for Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG

  1. Create or log in to your RajSSO ID at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. If you do not have one, register with your Jan Aadhaar number, mobile number and email. This step is the precondition for everything else.
  2. Open the SUYOG application from the SSO dashboard, or reach it from cmsdc.rajasthan.gov.in/suyog.html. Search the dashboard for "Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG" if it is not on your front page.
  3. Enter your Jan Aadhaar family ID and select your own name from the family member list. Your name, age and address populate automatically.
  4. Choose your category β€” the sports stream, or the other youth streams as they open, and fill the mandatory fields.
  5. Verify with the OTP sent to your Jan Aadhaar-linked mobile number, accept the self-declaration, and submit. There is no registration fee.
  6. Confirm your youth club membership. The system auto-maps you to the youth club of your ward or gram panchayat; confirm it so you are counted in the right local unit.
  7. Select your sport and form or join a team. A captain creates the team and each member confirms by OTP. Teams then enter the local competition calendar.

Registration for the first SUYOG Khelo cycle ran from 24 July to 5 August 2026. Because the platform is in pilot phase, further registration windows are announced on the SUYOG portal rather than staying permanently open, so check the portal for the current window before assuming you can register today.

How to check your registration and team status

  1. Log in to sso.rajasthan.gov.in and open the SUYOG application from your dashboard to see your registration record and youth club mapping.
  2. Check the SUYOG portal at cmsdc.rajasthan.gov.in/suyog.html for event calendars and the current registration window.
  3. Check SMS alerts on your Jan Aadhaar-linked mobile number for team confirmation and match schedules.
  4. Ask your ward or gram panchayat youth club coordinator, who holds the local list, if your name does not appear against the right club.

Why registrations fail, and how to fix them

  • No Jan Aadhaar card. Fix: enrol at an e-Mitra kiosk. This takes days, not minutes, so do it before a registration window opens.
  • Mobile number not linked to Jan Aadhaar, so no OTP arrives. Fix: update the number in Jan Aadhaar at an e-Mitra kiosk.
  • Wrong age recorded in Jan Aadhaar, pushing you outside the 15-29 sports band. Fix: correct the date of birth in Jan Aadhaar with a school certificate or birth certificate.
  • Mapped to the wrong ward or panchayat because the Jan Aadhaar address is stale. Fix: update the address, then re-confirm the club mapping.
  • Registering outside the announced window. Fix: none except waiting for the next window; the platform publishes them on the SUYOG page.
  • Team not confirmed because one member did not complete OTP verification. Fix: the captain should follow up with each member before the entry deadline.

What this programme is not

Two misunderstandings are worth clearing up. First, Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG is not an unemployment allowance. Rajasthan pays an unemployment allowance through Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, a separate scheme with its own income and qualification conditions. Second, SUYOG is not itself a training provider at present, SUYOG Skill, the module intended to handle skill mapping and employment linkage, is listed as coming soon, and today's live offering is the sports and yoga component with a wider service list still being built out.

Where to get help

  • Department of Youth Affairs & Sports, Rajasthan to 0141-2742468, at Janpath, Lalkothi, Jaipur 302005.
  • SUYOG portal at cmsdc.rajasthan.gov.in/suyog.html, for event calendars and registration windows.
  • e-Mitra kiosks, for Jan Aadhaar corrections and SSO ID creation.
  • Rajasthan Sampark to 181, for a written grievance with a tracking number.

Registration is free at every step. No youth club coordinator, coach, official or agent may charge a young person to register on Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG or to enter a team into a SUYOG Khelo competition.

A note on how current this page is

Mukhyamantri Yuva SUYOG launched on 21 July 2026 and is in pilot phase in two locations. The components described above are what the official SUYOG page sets out today. Eligibility rules for the career-counselling and skill modules, the statewide rollout schedule and any future benefit structure have not been notified. This page states what is on record and leaves the rest open rather than filling the gap with guesses.
